Christine Clayton is a seasoned hospitality professional with 15 years of experience in the industry. Having grown up in restaurants, her passion for hospitality runs deep in her veins. Christine’s career has taken her on an exciting journey across the United States, with notable stops in Tennessee, Florida, and Washington D.C.
Most recently, Christine has embarked on a new adventure in Greenville, South Carolina, where she’s taken on the role of General Manager here at The Rabbit Hole. Her extensive experience includes working in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, showcasing her commitment to excellence and refined taste in the culinary world.
Beyond her professional achievements, Christine is a true beach enthusiast and outdoor lover. When she’s not crafting exceptional guest experiences, you can find her soaking up the sun, traveling, or immersing herself in a good book. She has a particular fondness for true crime and history, which fuels her curiosity and love for storytelling.
